What's New at Martin Barrass Mania?
13th March 2002 - Another apology for the distinct lack of updates recently. Morale in the Barrass camp was hit hard on panto night. We wore our Martin Barrass Mania t-shirts with pride (although the webmistress sincerely wishes she hadn't after her former DT teacher turned up...!) We wrote him a poem expressing our admiration for him (that is Martin and not Mr, well lets call him Mr Chime, the webmistress' former DT teacher) and his work (although more technically, it was the webmaster's mum who wrote it, it was very good...) and Berwick read it out but then, it happened...he snubbed us, telling us (and a few other hundred happy panto goers) he knew nothing of the site or our mere existence (in fact he looked a bit embarrassed).... We were disappointed that the armageddon seemed to have come and gone without recognition for us webmasters and the fight will go on but not with as much vigour as before, the webmistress and webmaster are busy trying to carve out new lives for ourselves since that fateful night.....We still have our videos and memories, but perhaps we were deluding ourselves...
Panto review is still being written, will be up as soon as the webmistress has finished it which might not be for a long time thanks to the massive pile of essays bestowed upon her......
In other news... Apologies if anyone has e-mailed us and hasn't received a reply, we no longer have access to our e-mail account but will be setting up a new one soon. There also appears to be a few problems with the message board as there are a few entries that don't appear to be showing up, we will look into a solution. And many thanks to the Barrass fans from Tadcaster Grammar School (as we're 99.9% confident, that is where you're from!) for your messages, we'll get back to you about the photos!

19th November 2001 - The Webmaster completed the Christmas logos a bit early, and was too impatient to wait for December the 1st, so you will notice the Special Edition Christmas logo on the home page! News Page updated too......
13th November 2001 - Well, another day, and still no word from Martin........ wait a minute, what is this in our in-box? No word from Martin, but word from our lovely friend Michelle at the Theatre Royal.... see the Barrass News Page for more information!
Oh, and today we broke the 2000 hits barrier too! Woo-Hoo!
Oh, and one more thing - The Webmaster is now hard at work designing the special 'Christmas Edition' logos for the site, they will be debuted on December the 1st, so keep your eyes pealed!
11th November 2001 - Well, another day, and still no word from Martin. We warn you, if there is no contact soon we will be forced to move to 'Stage 2' of our plan, which involves and ex-Army van and some balaclavas. On a serious note though, we REALLY would like to hear from you!

28th August 2001 - Firstly the webmasters would like to say a big happy birthday to the Biscuit Maiden, who is celebrating reaching the dizzy heights of 378 today! Not that she can ever be bothered to frequent our shrine to Martin, damn her! Anywhoo, the Barrass News section has been updated with some fantastic news which will also explain the webmasters new found love for Granada Plus! Intrigued? Go and look then....
23rd August 2001 - Finally, a new update to our Barrass News section. Martin is currently playing King Louis XIII in the Theatre Royal's production of 'The Three Musketerrs', which is nice!
Still no word from Martin, we are so depressed. If you are out there, please, drop us a line! Oh, and my MartinBarrassMania shirt from Another.com has still not arrived! I may have to order another! Evil Another.com! Damn them all!
10th July 2001 - Well, hello guys. We would like to apologise for the lack of updating to the site recently, but, to be honest, recently we cannot be arsed. Martin has not yet got in touch with us, which has hit morale hard, and Tim Henman losing Wimbledon has finished us off. Apart from that, the Webmaster has just got a new job, and is very tired at the moment. We will get on with forming some updates ASAP, and Martin, if you are reading this, contact us, PLEEEEAAAAASSSEE!!!

8th June 2001 - Well, last night Martin Barrass lost the general election. We are disappointed, but his cause will go on! Good news though, you may notice that the counter on our homepage is now over 1000! Wooooooo! In just over a month we have had 1000 hits! Fantastic!
6th June 2001 - News Page updated with a Yorkshire Evening Press readers letter. Still no word from Martin. Where is he? Please Mr Barrass, talk to us! We love you! Also, you may notice a new look to the site - We have new logo's at the top of every page! Woo!
5th June 2001 - Barrass Gallery Page updated with picture of Martin from the 1994 Sleeping Beauty programme. Martin's World Page updated. Home Page added. Guestbook deleted and replaced with a marvellous new Message Board.
